First of all welcome to the site 
Before you panic, try a few things first.
A misfire can be brought on by a bad coil pack. Try swapping the #4 coil pack with say the #3 coil pack.
If you get a misfire on #3, you will then know it's the coil pack. Also, check your plugs.

You will need a compression tester to check.
If you dont have one, ask your mechanic to check it for you. Compression should be in the 190-200 range across the board on a healthy LSJ. It can vary though.
If #4 is obviously lower than the rest, you will know for sure.
