Break lines hitting intake coupler

Break lines hitting intake coupler
Just wondering if there’s anything bad about the coupler coming off the tb hitting the break lines on my 07 restricting air or doing anything bad? I have a dc intake and it screams but just wondering if there’s anyway to adjust it?
