are you kidding me? e85 is WELL worth it.

e85 is in the entire state of MN and most of the surrounding states so it shouldnt be a big deal to run.

isnt the lsj's exhaust/exhaust header kind of restrictive? After the exhaust parts, with those mods I can see 250whp with e85 fairly easy...on 91...eehhhh with 80lbs and a very good tune ok.

If anyone is looking for upgraded mounts for their SC/ss not sure if they work on the 2.2 or 2.4...but stock lnf mounts are the ones in the "gmpp wheel hop kit"

Not really, I dont feel like making a return line system and moding the fuel rail to be safe. Its not worth taking the chance of starving #4 IMO so thats why I wont run it.

theres people running only 80lbs injectors and e85. And you dont get kock like with gas. it keeps the engine colder..the reasons to run it are waaaay better than the standard 91/93 octane.

 

Just wait for me. Saturday I have my tuning session. I will be putting on a 2.8, h/e, 80's and e85! Then my tune. I will have numbers or I will also be at uni on that night.

 

I may have to head down to get a ride!

 

And Im not losing my car for a second. And no return line is needed at all. Many other cobalts running e85 without it. So are many other cars. You only need the Injectors and tune.

You think 350whp is to much for the street so there is no reason for you to run e85 if your happy with 15lbs of boost.

 

I'm game. Im sure Ill be starved! Got my pulley to have put on at 9am then Injectors installed by noon, then tuning at 2. Then I have boost for boobies at maperformance so I have numbers on a mustang and dynojet and its for a good cause. Yeah!
