Pffff. Laundry can wait. Plus, if you really had to, its warm enough that you could wear skibbys outside and be comfortable. Wes might say something, but this is how you can get him to do the laundry

LOL I thought about doing a car/laundry wash at the same time. If that's a no go I've done bikini washes before, but that also gets me hit on by meth heads in Festivas that have to duct tape their windows to the car so they don't fall out (windshield included).

Wes does not TOUCH the laundry. I've seen what he does to cars, I don't want to find out what he does to laundry. He can stick to picking up here and there and doing dishes.

This weather is definitely awesome. Shaun got his license today for the bike so we went riding for a bit, visited his family for a bit out in Uniontown and what not. OH and I finally got to play a Wii. Those things are fun and I am not really all about video games except guitar hero. Anyway, it was good seeing yinz who were at Irwin and then at Pepboys! Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!

Sorry I missed you guys but the Redline now runs without a blower on it.

I'm off to work but a short update, its got a rough tune, needs fine tuned when he takes it to michigan tonight, a la timing and PE. Sounds and pulls like a freight train. Full boost (20psi+) at 3.8-4k with a small boost leak at the blowoff valve, which we fixed before it went onto the trailer. Once its spooled in 1st though, its boost at every RPM no matter what gear.

Ecotecs definetly sound better with a turbo on them.

Same as the Eaton which will be the same as the twinscrew or anything else attached to the manifold. Airflow at specific manifold pressure is determined by the volumetric efficiency of the engine, not the compressor attached to it. It still has the stock cams and valves. However the turbo is extremely efficient at producing the charged flow compared to the supercharger.

Also, at wide open throttle at redline, the IAT1 on the blow through MAF is ~250F on average and IAT2 is about 140. Speaks a lot for the cooling capacity of the stock water-air system for those interested.

god, I got so sunburned this weekend... but it was worth it..

BTW.... check out my gallery pics and see the Enkei's on the car, and the R-comps on the maiden Autocross

If it twists, then you dont' have that damn little screw tightened. I had the same issue at first.

Same here.....use the lock tight that they gave you, I didn't at first, and it started to twist, but after i put the lock tight in there never did it again. .....And maybe it's just me, but the Hurst shifter doesn't feel like it's much different from stock, maybe i'm just to used to it now...idk

Oh yeah, IIRC the size bit they tell you to use is off, I believe you have to use one smaller, but I can't remember. It's a real PITA but if the thing is twisting, that's your problem. Damn f'ing little screw.
