LOL, I called off yesterday. Wasn't overly sick, just recovering from the weekend, plus I was a little under the weather....most likely from sleeping in a leaky tent in the mountains during 2 1/2 days of torrential downpours.

Dan, as a psychologist I fully endorse your methods. Might not be medically sound, but if it makes you THINK you feel better (which sleep usually does), then that's all that matters
Which area of 30, LOL. I live 2 blocks off of 30, but just barely outside the city limits.
