I cant speak for witt, but i do know as we speak, he is conjuring up a tune to remove TM, and un neuter the IAT spark retard table thats so prevelant in the 05-06 GTO. As well as a few other small goodies that every near stock goat should have.

I will...one of the guys on his crew talked to me cause he knows that i know a couple of people...the only reason i need to really talk to him is cause he is kinda old...not that it matters...so i dont know exactly what he is looking for...but even being old he has the LS2 and the guy i did speak too knows that he wants to get it tuned..

 

is his gto stock? modded, etc?

Even bone stock they benefit, the gto has so many parameters, unless its starting the race ice cold, it runs at a neutered state

good things to suggest to him, is having his iat table set to a point where the timing is not retarded as much as it is stock. torque management removed, etc etc.

 

If its an LS2 I'll have a decent canned tune that will still be pretty aggressive installed and tested, hopefully with 1/4 times shortly. Jay hit the nail on the head in his post about iat vs. spark problem, PE delay causing knock and torque management. I hope to do some road runs to see if we can push some more timing into it as well. Dyno time will smooth out the air/fuel but that will have to be custom to each goat.

There are three Silver SS/SC's that I have even seen in the area, im the only one without tint.

The other one has 5 spoke aftermarket wheels, not sure if that helps, but it sure wasent me lol. If he was in an eclipse a few days I gave one a flybye, Al had it logged @ 123mph

There IS another non-tinted SS in silver driving around the Irwin area. Everday I'm coming home around 5 hes' about 2 cars behind me. No tint-stock wheels, etc..

No clue who he is.
