That's entirely possible, as of yesterday the EVO is no longer at Monroeville Dodge...

Actually I had that one and a 1994 Blazer in my Ebay Watch list, but then when Dan said about dropping a V8 in it the other night, that made me lean toward this one. Then he sent me a bunch of links about other people that have done it, and he thinks we should be able to do it too, so what the hell! LOL!

The engine he says to go with is 350 with about 250HP HAHAHAHAHA

V8 swap or 4.3 turbo swap.... Thats the question... Both look rather appealing.

Turbo would be awesome, but Dan said it's a lot harder to do. Not too many have done it.

That's PRECISELY the motor to go with. My dad (and 2.4 Dan's dad, and Dave's dad) has an Astro, he's looked into it a lot. He gets all his information from www.astrosafari.com and there are people that have done a little bit of everything to those things. If you want a REAL good laugh, look at some of the ones that have chopped an Escalade front end on them .

Turbo wouldn't work well. There is literally NO ROOM in the engine bay. A 350 on the other hand drops right in and fits with almost no fab work.

Glad you enjoyed it.

My humor online is usually crude or offensive, maybe that's why. I am usually all over the place when it comes to humor.

To each is own but at least I got you this one time...my life is now complete.
