so basically an autocross/go kart for cars course?

 

There's the vehicle dynamics area for auto-x, then a go kart track, but the main attraction is the full-out road racing circuit.

Yes I got a GTO, Orange, 18's 6 speed 13,700 miles. It has an SLP catback on it and a lingenfelter intake as well as tinted windows. I was kinda regretting it but I gotta say after spending a day in it I love it, it doesnt shake, cept at idle cause of the engine "not like our annoying as **** mounts" and everywhere I go I get compliments about it oh well, I guess headers and cam here I come

 

Man that orange color is awesome on the GTO's. That is a deep color. Much deeper than our orange. Contrary to popular belief, i really didnt get the EVO for what most people buy it for. In all honsety i was looking for either a nissan murano or a toyota 4 runner, but couldnt find one of either for a good price, with low miles. My main concern is Erin getting to and from work when it snows. I have a better chance of either going in late, or not giong in at all when it snows. She has to be at the pharmacy no matter what. So i wanted something 4wd/awd. This car will be good for her to drive in the snow with some decent snow tires and i can take her car. Plus, its hot when a stripper drives a cool car

EDIT: BTW a friend of mine just bought a Mazdaspeed 3 last week and got nabbed for like 100 in a 65 last night. Im gonna try to get him to come out with us.

Well then you bought the wrong AWD vehicle...the STI AWD kicks the **** out of the Mitsu AWD - not even a question.

AWD greatness goes in this order (from experience)...

STI>Audi>BMW>Evo>others

 

Ya i agree with your order, but I couldnt find a used sti that i wanted, the only audi i would ever own is either the s or rs line, the only bmw i would ever own would be an m3 or the new 135. Anything that delivers power to 4 wheels is going to be better than what she had and will make me feel better when im in bed sleeping and she is traversing snow covered roads

As far as the AWD food chain.... the Audi is a great machine, but too many QC issues over the years, and expensive to fix.

Bimmer... same.

I have always been leary of the Mitsus for the warranty/mech problems I've heard from the past, but it seems it's better now.

I almost agree, but I did enjoy laughing at the trucks and SUV's that couldn't make it up the hill by my house as I drove right past in the STI.

 

Got rid of the SS brian. BTW i know some people have asked about this, but there are no smart buy issues when trading in your vehicle as long as the dealership you are trading to either gives you the payoff you owe, or more than the payoff of the smart buy. I was in the clear on how much i owed vs how much they were giving me. I even called GMAC to get clarification on the contract and the guy told me as long as GMAC gets their money, they dont care. It acts like regular financing at that point.

Yes, that is it. Thx. I honestly have to say that i was really warry about buying from a used car lot like that, but they seemed legit. Name brand bank for financing, facility is clean and not a hole in the wall. They do all the right standards for safety checking/carfax/warranty and stuff like that. But car salesmen are still ******. But what was funny is the salesman that helped me out, used to work at Kenny Ross when i was there. Small world. So whats going on tonight? I have a wedding tomorrow and wont be around.... Im gonna miss Michigan and Penn State
