Holy crap..!

Well, I sent an inquiry to the company about them and going to see what they're all about..

EDIT: after talking to my local suspension gurus... they say that at least for MY application the adjustable end links are of no use and would not help for me...

Now, that might be different for those of you that use something more adjustable..or such..
So, I might not be getting these afterall...

Think there's a new exhuast in the car's future as well...

Ah, OK. Mine is a 1LT, so that would account for it. Still seems kinda strange on GM's part to do that, though...

Now that I think about it, I do seem to remember reading something about some 2.2's coming with 5-lug wheels last year.

Yeah it would be strange if they didn't already mix and match the parts on the base, NA SS, and SC SS the previous years...

I guess it seems odd to me because that means they have to stock 2 different kinds of brake drums (since 2.2's come with rear-drum brakes), 2 different kinds of rotors (since they have smaller rotors than the SS), a larger wheel inventory, etc. Having different parts between trim-levels is one thing, but building the same trim level with different lug patterns is a bit unusual. But, I suppose there's a method to the madness.

I've given up one wondering about that at this point...
Back when these cars came out, they were hard to find, so we all knew each other... now, between cars getting traded, new owners and just people that aren't in here... it could be anyone...

Ok,
So I've been tossing around putting a new exhuast on....

I have thought about just doing a "straight pipe" setup... meaning just run pipe out the stock way, but with no resonator or muffler....

What are your thoughts on it?? You know me, and my tastes by now ( those of you that actually know me ) and will this be something I can tolerate?? or will this annoy the **** out of me a few weeks later??

If not that route.. the GMPP or Corsa is going on...

I'm thinking no muffler would be annoying, esp. as much as you drive every day...

^^^Yes, Mike is right on this one. You'd want to shoot yourself before you even get to the Turnpike.
