First guess was right. House.

Leaving in 30 minutes to put in the official offer and everything. They accepted a preliminary offer, I just have to make everything official. So pending what my home inspector digs up, I should get the keys on or around December 10th.

Exciting yet terrifying at the same time, I just can't wait to get it all over and done with and move in!!!!!!!

That's awesome! Congrats! That'll be my next big purchase.. Well not quite purchase, but commitment.. An apartment of my own.. For me and my girl.. But probably not for another year until I'm done with school.. Can only work a few days because of class.. But any pics of this place..?

Cliff, still have this stock alloys? Or are those for winter? My girl has hubcaps and wants alloys..

I"ll post pics up as soon as I know 100% that it's a done deal. I'm still trying to hammer out a few of the last little details. Made an offer last night for what the owner had said he'd accept then when the actual offer came in for exactly what he said he was looking for, now he's not sure he'll accept it.

The actual process of buying my house was one of the most painful experiances of my life...

Yeah, it sucks. The house is really nice and exactly what I've been looking for. The asking price is actually under fair market value. So I made a full price cash offer, so he gets cash in hand, doesn't have to wait for a mortgage to go through, etc. The only thing I asked for was $2k at closing because the house is missing some things that are going to have to come out of my pocket.

Now he's decided he doesn't like the listing price, and wants MORE than what the house lists for because he overspent on renovating the house. That might have worked 3 years ago when it was a seller's market, but today it's not going to fly at all.

Hey guys, Thanks for reccomending Speed Nation for a dyno. Mike was real cool about everything. I'm pretty damn happy as well. I dyno'd at 201 Whp @ 6250. My best was 210, but that's cause the engine was cool. consistent runs were 201.

That doesn't sound too bad... 2.2 with intake, exhaust, and tune pulls 200whp, not bad at all...

Haha... what kind of dyno is this? Cause my 2.4L with intake, exhaust, and tune put down 160 WHP.

LAWL...

OK I have the dumbest question alive... I am gonna buy a mechanical boost gauge, an Autometer ES gauge to match my Interceptor and DB Wideband gauge...

Should I get a 20psi or 30psi gauge... I'm probably sitting at about 17.5-18psi with what I have now, but I was thinking for the future, I don't want to be maxing out the 20psi gauge... And I may get ballsy and drop to a 2.6" or soo at some point...

Would the 30psi gauge be any less accurate or anything? Any other cons such as not being able to read as easily as it is more cramped?

yea bro i dont doubt it said that but that just seems way too high considering jason (copson20) with cai, 2.4 mani, Header, DP no cat, catback, cams n trifecta tune did 168whp...

with my motor having a 10.5:1 compression, port and polish, angle valve job, stage 2 cams, cai, 2.4 mani, full exhaust (no cat), tune, lightweight fly, clutch to hold the power n some mount with etd (dont know if they help for power) but i was expecting to see about 210-225whp

I"m not gonna say that it can't be done, or that the settings were off. They very may have been. here's the printout's of the best run of 210. maybe the tune just worked better with the 07. Beats me. I"m new at this dyno stuff. The 210 is after the weather factor taken into account. Sorry for the large pics. I just uploaded quickly

I think the one in Allison Park is ASAP Mustangs by Ed. He's a complete douche bag! I wouldn't let him touch my pedal bike let alone my car!
