Haha that's my birthday. I may consider this though it's my 21st and I may just get really drunk.

I misunderstood your first post about it, I didn't know you meant my old car with flames lol.

Yes, ma'am.

I'm not 100% sure what happened to my car... I traded it to C Harper in Belle Vernon, and it was posted on their used lot and online for a couple weeks. Then one day it was gone. A guy on here PM'd me and told me that my old car was on a dealer only auto auction listing. We verified all the stuff and it was definitely my car. I'm thinking that the car prolly went to auction and another dealer bought it. This guy was from Ohio and he said he thought it was going somewhere there. That being said I'd doubt that my car is still around, but it's certainly possible. If I ever saw it I'm sure I could pick it out from the mods and damages lol.

Well it seemed like it was still being taken care of, it was washed recently atleast cleaner than my car at the time :p my girlfriend isn't the biggest fan of cobalts and even said it was tasteful! I think a younger kid 18~21ish owns it and works at the advanced. I was actually grabbing plasti dip from loews at the time and noticed the evo mod & zzp H/E

Haha nice. Ya the car was def very modded at one point. I stripped what I could quickly off the car, but it still had alotta money in it when I traded it. I didn't have time to swap suspension so it has a nice setup, plus it still has rotated mounts, dual pass w opt B, ottp intake, 80's, 2.6" pulley'd and ported M62, custom tune, full 3" exhaust, STS, etc, etc.. Basically the only thing I got off the car was the TVS lol. It's sad, but basically I just wanted out of the car and I unloaded it fast. Well I hope that is the old car and it has a good home now. If anyone ever sees that kid you can tell him it used to be a TVS lol, and that he can buy the stock hood from me for cheap lol.

Bad enough lol, I found a decent enough deal on my Caddy that I had to move on it the next day. I pulled as much off the car as I could from about 8PM to 3AM, and then drove it to C Harper the next day at lunchtime. They had it listed for $12,900 I think, so the kid def got a pretty good deal on the car considering what was left.

Ya, I certainly made quite a bit of mistake in that lol... It was a fun car though, don't get me wrong... I shudder to think how much I really had in the car between changing setups every couple months, and trying different parts, but I know I had at least $12-13K+ in the car overall. It's all a labor of love lol.

My buddy has a 10' TC that is getting the ZZP turbo swap, cams, etc, etc done this week as we speak. Now that will be a nice 500whp+ car, but it def comes at a price lol.

You can do really nice setups without going crazy though. Alicia and Wes have a really nice (and actually fast) TVS SS, and they did it smart.

Me, I gave up on the Cobalt. I got a comfy car, and threw a bunch more money into guns and other toys lol. I'm trying to find a house to buy now, so I figured I couldn't have a car to mod.

Thanks, I won't lie though there are days I kinda envy the comfy car crowd. Like sitting in bumper to bumper traffic when the car decides to randomly spike lean then fall all over itself.

Lol, yes, yes, the cars are very fun, but become a bit of a pain in the ass when heavily modded... Just be glad you two are smart and did it right the first time lol.

I'm glad I made the switch x infinity lol. There is still other fun to be had, I just would never do it for a daily driver again.
