Wow thats not good. Hopefully Josh can chime in and provide his side of the story. This is the second or third thread with similar content this week about OTTP
I've only ordered a couple things from him and had good luck. The cloud of broken promises or inconsistencies hangs over his head. I doubt he is 100% to blame but the ones that do make the social network pages hurt his business. I would order more from him but I'm scared of the reputation sadly.
I had a big assembly weekend planned.... I picked up all my OE GM components from the warehouse, ZZP parts arrived immediately and a different Trans cooler arrived. TV's tuned into the game but some critical parts will set me back to next weekend.
It's hit or miss. I've had parts arrive in 3 days and I've also had to call them out on this board just figure out where my missing parts were after a few weeks with no response. If they would simply just acknowledge their emails and communicate there wouldn't be a problem.

Last March, 11 months ago my son bought a new Jeep and I took back the 2008 Sport I bought him new when he turned 16. I purchased the first $100.00 upgrade for it from ZZP, a cold air intake and received the wrong parts. If it wasn't for Turbo Tim taking hold of the situation and apologizing for his employees attitude, That would have been the last of the business I did with them. To date, I have spent $6171.01 in parts for the Cobalt, many of the items at smokin deals or GM direct and have quite a ways to go.
As a supplier, you just never know what the seemingly insignificant first purchase will or will not lead to. For OTTP there will not be a second.

I got 125,000 miles out of my timing chain set... Why would I buy aftermarket crap with the exception of the ARP fasteners when I can get my GM parts at cost +3%
Take another look at your signature... your buying from one of the biggest Chinese parts suppliers.

The only reason I buy from them is because they basically run a monopoly on LNF parts. Go take another look at OTTPs website and tell me if you notice anything about their lack of lnf parts.
I know its hard for people to disagree with you, when you know everything. We are either fanboys, or just complete idiots to you.

Listen..... I posted in the Marketplace > Supporting Vendors > Over The Top Performance thread a bad experience I had with OTTP. I seem to be in an overwhelming group of others experiencing Zero communication from Josh unless you say something publicly.
If you have had good experiences with them, start your own thread!

HGT's complaints sound just like every other complaint we get from OTTP.
I think most things do get settled but not without a little more hassle.
Ordered from ZZP last week and parts showed up exactly when they promised. (Fit of the silicone intake pipe is poor though)
