Customer complaints do suck and when you're not involved look childish. But the arguing and unprofessional replies from Josh just look bad.

Stoners working at McD's are better at dealing with the public than the owner of a small parts company. Shitty reputation travels fast especially in a small community like ours.

What was it you gave me over the phone? That's what I am referring to. I thought it was a shipping number as you said it will ship today. Everything was in stock and it was only 9:40 am!! Why would I of asked for a tracking number in my emails and phone message if I had a ******* tracking number.

Again... One damn reply to me would have helped.

Show us any proof!!

Oh so what I gave you over the phone was finally received an hour after you started this thread. But you got it 3 days earlier at 9:40am and it was just a 5 digit order ID that you lost.

My Dad died of brain cancer. I would never make fun of someone because of cancer and if I saw someone making fun of someone because of cancer I would stop them.

I can disagree with you and refute your comments with screenshots and facts. This is not tearing you down.
