I received a shipping number or order number from you over the phone. That is all I have ever received. If you can prove otherwise, post your proof. I have posted mine. So how did you receive tracking within an hour after you posted the opening post? You said we didn't call you or email you, the order was taken over the phone so you didn't have a login. You also lost the order ID I gave you so you wouldn't have been able to request a password.
You said "received" not found, not looked up. I mess up English pretty bad sometimes but that's loud and clear that you got the email.
The website software I use is made by early impact, its called product cart. It automatically emails you when an order is placed, processed, and shipped.
PCI compliance. Because we use paypal for processing we don't store or see any credit card info.
This was my BBB rating for 10 years before I developed cancer and sold my company. Most people didn't even know as Josh (different Josh) the new owner worked for me. He wanted people to think I was helping him but I wasn't so there were many that didn't get the service he said he would offer.
