Not that hard to ask for tracking when shipping something. Protects you when **** like this happens. Never seen any other problems about you on this forum but you got to protect yourself or don't sell stuff.

So you should be able to easily return this guys 45 dollars then right? Is the business that makes sure the product is received by the customer, not the customer. If you don't have the time to do something right maybe you shouldn't be selling stuff to people.

he shipped it out and assumed itd get there because its rare stuff gets lost thru ups and fedex and stuff.
i have done the same.
but just saying anytime i sell stuff i alway provide tracking number.

Well, if it went through the USPS, maybe the OP should go to his post office and actually check to see if it is there. I'm not sure how big of a mail box he has, but I know I can't fit an airbox into mine.
1 SLOW SS,did you go by the post office and see if they happen to have it there?they suppose to leave a notice if they try to deliver a package and your not there.I shipped a bracket to a guy and after 3 weeks he still didn't receive it.turned out they left a notice and it got lost so he had no idea it was at the post office the whole time.its possible that's what happened
Ok this is all im saying for the last time I sent him 45.00 Dollars i never in a month got the package. if it is shipped then all he had to do is respond to me and say hey man i shipped it im sorry you didnt get it obviously its a shipping problem ill handle it. its the sellers resposibility to handle that. i should of gotten it along time ago especially because hes a few states away. why would i make this up over a stock airbox.. like really ... all you had to do is respond to my pm and say it must be a shipping problem
the only thing that I'm going to say is...to everyone who said its only $45.00...I'm going to send you PMs with my paypal so you can just send me some money since $45 ain't ****...

If it takes Godly an hour to drive to work.....call on your drive. It takes 10 minutes to call and have them get the tracking. I've done it several times.
Ok, fine. He lied about the gift for Paypal. No one here is making any evidential claim as to who is right. Godly, if you are truly right, get a mother ******* tracking number. It's not that ******* hard. I am at work and school from 7am to 9pm, and I can make time inbetween driving to make a few phone calls where necessary. Enough "defending" and more acting.
Whether you did or did not scam him for 45 dollars, I don't care. I don't care how much money you make. You just come off as arrogant for talking like that. As a seller on this site, you need to uphold a professional attitude, not act like some rich kid ****** who is too busy sniffing his own **** because he's some "engineer" for some "reputable mining company". That kind of attitude pisses me off, because that kind of attitude won't get you any where in life, besides with a couple of people's shoes stuck in your ass.

all in a nutshell i guess you gota either figure it out and hope all goes well to get your money refunded. or figure out if you can get a tracking number if it was shipped out and it got lost than go after ups or fed ex.
or just get over the fact that your out of 45 dollars and move on.
