Gorgeous! Yes the noise threw me off I wasn't sure if it was a long exposure or a quick one. So is that how you shoot lightning? Long exposure? I've always tried very short.

Yeah, you need a tripod and patience. Short exposures narrow your window for capturing. The shortest exposure I would go would be a 10 sec @ F/16 ISO 800

Playing around more with my Nikkor/Eos adapter. Picked up a decent Nikkor 50mm F1.8 Ai-S for $70 on CL and love it much better than the EF 50mm F1.8. Much sharper at 1.8 than the canon.

Wide open focused on V6 symbol. So Sharp
