That hill by your old place...was pretty nice...

...looking to get my first house soon.

There is one by me with a two car garage the size of a house.

Sounds perfect

i live in a small town by a city and a house in that location by lakes and beaches and that property would easily sell for over $500,000, probably 600k.

If that was to sell in vancouver it be worth over a million, housing in BC is VERY expensive. I dont even think i could find a small, cramped townhouse for that cheap here.

Nice house, congrads on the purchase

here out in the boonies of jersey it's pretty affordable. in the suburbs and cities not so much and in new york, which is 15 minutes away? holy ****, in some parts a realtor will not even talk to you if your budget is a million.

like i said there's houses that are similar in nearby towns that would go for about 5-600,000 with property like that. i'm lucky enough to get in this town before it really blows up.

closing is finally here! leaving in about 45 minutes to do the final walkthrough and then going to the closing. went so quick, but damn, what a frustrating process. didn't help that we decided to buy in the peak of my busy season where i had maybe 3 days off work, and since it was a spur of the moment decision we literally had nothing saved for it. can't wait to just get the hell in there, and be done with it. shipment of wood is coming monday, fireplace blower is on the way, looking forward to sitting in front of a nice toasty fire.

only thing that sucks is cable/internet isn't being hooked up till tuesday... so after tomorrow morning i will be on .net from my phone

Grats Kevin!!!!!!

The irony of it is, I'll be putting in an offer in about a week!!!!!! Finally found a house with everything I wanted. I'm still looking at other properties though just to be sure I'm really getting the most for my money.

I'm sure you're excited about your shipment of wood I'm sure your girlfriend is even more excited....

Good luck w/ the closing today bro. Really nice place you got there. We'll have to see pics of the garage after you get all settled in. I'm sure it'll be a nice mancave...
