Just a pic of some chic I know taking photography in college or something and wanted me to get a a shot of hers with her camera, she didn't want me to zoom in so much but this seems like the best pic. She did all the editing.
My point is that selective coloring is highly discouraged from professionals. Every beginner does it and it does not make a picture look better than plain B&W or color. It's overplayed and overlooked by many because of how amateur it looks.

hey guys, so my mom gave me her old digital camera its a fujifilm 3800 i know its only 3.2 mega pixels sucks, but it was free lol so i was wondering whats the best setting to take a good pic with out it blurring the pic?
My Cannon Power Shot is only a 6 megapixel if it makes ya feel any better though.
anything above 1/ (focal length /2) thats generally the rule of thumb... or is it 1/focal length... its something like that..
megapixles are not everything.. they really only matter if you plan on blowing the image up....

I can't stand my Nikon.
And I'm not invested to much to not switch.
And the lenses I want are cheaper going the canon route.
Plus the 30D is a thousand times sturdier than my D40.
I can also get auto focus in the camera which is a huge plus.
