You can tell if the bushings are bad. Torn, cracked, bits and pieces missing, etc.

And there's a reason people like ZZP changed to an automatic.

Does the clunking accelerate when you do? My car has the same problem. Put the car on stands and pull on the top and bottom of the wheel. If there is play its a bearing. Pull on the axles if there's play+a noise it could also be them. I don't want to replace this ****....

it's easier to just get the fe5 control arms and swap out the whole thing. maybe half an hour each side if you work slow like me lol

lol im trying to convince my parents but they are so set on the fact that they arent safe. theyre not scared of me doing anything stupid, theyre just scared of other drivers ramming into me. im gonna get one, but i just gotta wait. either i convince them or if one pops up that i cant deny, might have to disappoint someone lol.

also, on a side note: still wondering how much a powell rear sway bar is and how much better it is than TTR. im not looking for extreme handling but just a little bit better.

also, has anyone painted their stock interior panels? i was thinking of doing the black interior spray that you can pick up at autozone. any suggestions?

Majority of Volvo's and VW's are turbo'd automatics.
Yea that was my main concern. I cant control my shifts, and harder to spool.

Me personally, I'm going SC just to make it a bit more fun til I can afford something nicer
That was another reason why, cheaper and its just fun to play around with.
