If your gonna attemp to start it,remove the spark plugs first. That will blow all the water out that the air filter may have sucked in(make sure you remove the fuel pump fuse first). The water wont just go away if u let it sit for a week. You should also change your air filter, and it wont be a bad idea to change your oil and filter. As for the water in the car, remove the seats, center console etc,and lift the carpet and let it air dry.You should be good.

Well either insurance will cover it or you could try and dry it out yourself.

Pull the carpet up and run fans under it and get it into a heated dry space.

Check engine for water in it.

Did it turn over when you tried to start it?

If i were you i would put the stock air box back on it . Don't give them any reason to say you sucked up water because you have an aftermarket CAI.
