Bad Situation (what to do?)

I had a click sound occur randomly while turning at low speeds. So I took it to get repaired knowing most likely it was the axle. I did not know for certain which but the driver side boot was torn, so my money was on it being that one.

The car is at the shop and I am told that the hub assembly also needs replaced.
I tell them to do it...

Now I have the car in my possession, and proceed to drive home.
At low speeds, all seems fine.
I get on the freeway and at 50 mph this sounds starts up, like an oscillation.

I immediately go back to the shop and tell them.
The mechanic has the audacity to tell me that the noise must have always been there and that I must have the music on all the time.
Then he says the tires have high points and that it is the reason for the noise.
I ask why it only now happens once the axle and hub is replaced.
He says it is because the tire wore uneven and now the hub and axle is straight but the tire is at fault.
So, their explaination is: TIRE NOISE

Well, the noise gets worse...
So I take it to a different shop.
I tell them about the supposed high point tire, and...
Their verdict: PASSENGER SIDE AXLE AND HUB

Now I have two new axles and hubs... and guess what? The noise is still there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I come back, ask what the deal is, and guess what I am told?
You are right, it is supposedly tire noise.

So, I am now in the mode to save up for new tires.
Time passes, sound gets WORSE.

I take it back to the second shop that did the passenger side hub and axle and have a tech go on the road with me to listen to the noise.
He says, it sounds like a bearing to me.

We get back to the shop, they put the car on the lift and it DENTS MY HUGE RESONATOR.
They have a guy in the car with it on the lift and have the motor running.
The guy tells the tech to put it in DRIVE and press the gas...
I tell him, wait wont that F up the car? His answer: NO

He points out the passenger side axle is spining off axis.
It looked like it went up and down while spinning.
Their verdict: PLANETARY GEAR/ TRANSMISSION IS DAMAGED

So... here I am, they want to take the car to AAMCO to get an assessment,

This noise happened after it had work done by the shop that did the driver's side axle and hub.
But here the second shop didn't even catch this supposed damaged transmission.

I feel like shop (A) purposely damaged my tranny to milk me.
I feel like ship (B) did not check the mating of the axle to the tranny before letting it off the rack and now they damaged my resonator.

WTF would you do?????????
How do you think they sabotaged the bearings in the tranny that connect to the axle?
