i got a zzp ecu today and installed it and drove for.a.while, it was fine and the car was running good. then all of a sudden it started bogging and stuttering . it seems like its miss firing . i limped it back home and swapped my stock ecu back in and it ran fine. any ideas what that could be.

 

My ZZP tune is doing the same thing. It came up as P0302, cylinder 2 misfire. Mines intermittent though, and at higher boost. I'm thinking its a fuel issue, whether it be too much or not enough

 

Did you do the case learn? It's where the PCM learns the crank trigger or some stuff like that.

 

Send it back to them?!

 

I spoke a little too soon, must've been some bad gas or something because my car is running great now.

 

I don't know how many times that's happened to me.. Shitty ass gas here in MI FOR REAL.
