an emissions code would not go away so easily, not till the leak was fixed. First thing I think of is an o2 sensor heater malfunction, under a certain temp the o2 sensor has a heating element that will make it warm up faster then just allowing the exhaust heat to warm it up so that you don't run in a warm up cycle for so long. Your o2 sesnor heating element may be bad an triggering a code cause it does not recognize or see that the element is working. Just take it to the shop since it's still under warranty and it should have a history code even if the light is not on.
lol late reply but i had it scanned....got a running lean code....car has 10k on it....but the light goes away when it gets above like 50....ive been just kinda ignoring it so far but im probly gonna take it in soon and see what they can do for me
