Cold start Lopey idle and shut off?

What's up guys every once in awhile (seems to be only when a change in temperature) if I start my car in the morning it will have a very rough Lopey idle and shut off..

Anyone experience this? Why? It sounds terrible for a few sec and will die .

Any codes?

The only time I had issues like that were from bad evap purge valve, but I don't remember it shutting off.

No check engine light. I think I need a evap sensor in the rear of the gas tank not the one on the manifold. Could that be it?

Always start with the one on the manifold. Its the most common failure

Is it when the temperature is really cold? The cold could be e85. When I had to replace the Evap is was on manifold but car never shut off.

No im not on E85, it does it a lot if the temperature changes... I.E lets say we have been having 30* weather for a month. then one morning its 50* out it will stumble on a cold start , have a lopey idle and maybe shut off. then once it gets use to the temperature change it will start fine for the rest of the time. Right now its done it every week on cold start, I recently filled up my tank that's why I think its the sensor in the evap tank on the gas station.

its the only thing I could think of
