E-Brake

My E-brake isn't holding my car, I've replaced the pads on both the front and rear still the same. Any ideas? if my e-brake line is gone is that covered under warranty?

^^ Very easy fix. No need to go to dealer.

It feels like the e-brake isn't grabbing the brake enough. It grabs a little bit but not too much...The car has 48000 Km's it's an 07'. The dealer did a semi annual inspection last month....so i'm not sure if it's the cable or if it just needs to be tightened.

Probably needs to be tightened. They're **** in our cars. Mind you I have drums in the back which is worse, but the rear discs can loosen up fairly easy too.

Side note: is there any way to adjust the handbrake on a car with drums so it doesn't hit the god damn arm rest? I've adjusted everything. Drums cant be adjusted anymore without staying on, and the bolt on the handbrake has been adjusted too. lol

My E-brake is higher than usual. I think my cable needs to be adjusted.
