e-brake wont stay up!
e-brake wont stay up!
I have a 2008 Cobalt ls and this morning when i try to put the e-brake up it just fell right back down. Is this something that can be cover under warranty? I took it to firestone and they told me i need a e-brake ratchet which is only a dealer part. Please help! and if it is cover under warranty and if they have to keep your car do they supply you with a rental car?
40000 miles had the car for 3 years.

This is something that is covered by the warranty if its still valid. It shouldn't take more than an hr for them to replace it. You will not get a rental. The only time they supply a loaner vehicle is if the repairs require more than one day of work.
