I have a 2005 cobalt ss. My electric steering has gone out. I got the recall replaced and that still didnt fix it. My cruise control also went out at the same time. I went to a garage and they said that i would have to order a whole steering column just to get one piece off of it. I figured i would just tough it our awhile longer. I was just wondering if you guys knew what this was, i see all kinds of steering columns on ebay, just dont know if there is a certain type i have to purchase or what. Any help on this to maybe save me some money would be greatly apprectiated.
