So, after almost a year of problems with emissions, I finally got my problem fixed. It turns out that I also had a smaller pully, a high flow cat, as well as the intake. I wasent aware of the first two untill I took it to Performance Autowerks in Oswego, IL. They gave me a tune which changed my fuel trim to -5 which cleared the rich code.
