Fog lights both stopped working at same time

I have HID fog lights and like the title says, I tried to turn them on one night and they won't turn on. What are some things I can do to try to fix them before I go taking my headlights out?

The spare one is messed up too. That might be the reason neither of them work lol

u have a bad ballast causing it to blow the fuses most likely. did this happen recently after either washing your car or it raining or has ur car seen any type of water recently? if so you're ballast(s) got wet and thats causing ur fuses to blow which means you need a new ballast or ballasts.

Actually, when I got the fog lights mailed to me, the prongs that you plug into the car were not covered by that black plug. They were just two separate metal prongs that I stuck into the holes and tried to cover up with electric tape and water probably got in them. Is there somewhere where I can buy that black plug?
