getting bad vibes

Hey guys my car has recently been vibrating pretty bad when i reach around 50mph. Now I am 100% sure that my car needs new rotors because they are warped like a ****. Now could this be the problem or am I looking at something different?

I also need a front end alignment

does it happen when you stop only? rotors warped or not would only be a bad vibration during braking

edit: didnt see you also need an alignment

yup both the rotors and the alignment
before i got my rotors resurface the first time (9000miles) along with the alignment which was just off my car shuttered upon stopping even with the slightest touch of the brake
i can't wait till Christmas to get new rotors and stuff cobalt rotors are garbage i have had the resurfaced twice last one was in late September WTF i can already fell them i am upgrading soon .....a few people on here say there brakes are great and they have 30000mi + but considering what i got when i posted a similar thread about brake ..here's the link... https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/suspension-67/stock-brake-rotors-problems-139424/ .... if your not one of those factory freaks that have "good brakes" then upgrade if you don't have money to upgrade the get them resurfaced and start saving for new better brakes

here's how long it took me to warp my rotors
i got my car used with 3000mi btw its an 07 sedan SS 2.4
start mileage 3000mi
after 6000mi then i got them resurfaced under warranty
so now i was up to 9000mi i put another 4000mi they were warped af*ckinggain
got them resurfaced yet again so now i was at 13000mi ...current mileage 15500 and their starting to go i doubt they see January
hello Christmas money goodbye Christmas money hello new brakes

Man i have 70k miles with no new rotors or pads. They just started doing this. Next paycheck im getting new rotors.. and i guess my car re-aligned.

The vibes get bad when accelerating when i get to right at 50mph or so. Then quit after about 65. Also shutters like a ************ when i brake, but i know thats 100% warped rotors.

Gonna make sure my wheels/tires are balanced as well.

Thanks for the input guys

Rotors we have... what about tires? What shape are they in? Cheapies, or whatever. They could be out of balance or out of round.... broken belt in the tire, etc.
