Getting a clunking sound after installing 18"

I am getting a clunking sound from the front end after installing 18" almost sounds like the axles but I dont know the boots look fine, seems like it might just be the front right. And It is only doing while I am not giving it gas, as long as I am driving it is fine but when I slow down or just let off the gas it starts making the noise.

Somebody help

i had put in 3 different sections b/c not all people look at every section

When I jack up the car and turn the wheel nothing happens so i don't know if im not spinning the wheel fast enough or that it has to have load on it

What size rim and tire are you running?

Are you sure you torqued them onto the vehicle correctly?

225/40/18 If I would have tightened them to hard could that cause a clunking though

which model car do you have? the "clunking" could be the tires hitting the fenderliner over bumps

engine mounts make a similar clunking
check the one on the passenger side of the engine

Theres almost no such thing as a straight road with no bumps. No matter what your suspension is working even though you think the road is "straight".

And I suggest getting a torque wrench and torquing the wheels to 100ft. lbs in a star pattern.
