IAT fail

This is the mess of wires that I was left with after my run-in with a sign. I cant figure out what the green plug goes to.... I got the code read and I got P0096 which is the IAT Performance Sensor which I believe is built into the MAF sensor which is attached to my CAI. My car will not even start so I am at a loss what to do.

That wire should get plugged into the outside air temp sensor in the bottom of the driver side headlight bracket if that is what I think it is. Is your outside temp showing --- in the car?

(facepalm) Now that that's settled. My car still won't start. After I hit the sign I was driving with a bent injen CAI and it drove fine but it was exposed. We replaced the CAI, hood and bumper and now the car wont start or run at all. The only wires we touched were the ones in the picture above. I know the others go to the headlight, fog lamp, MAS and horn. Any ideas why it ownt start? I figured maybe if I reset the ECU? I think I was given bad instructions on how to do this.

The bracket may not have the sensor in it.

What the others have said.

IAT1 is read by the MAF sensor.

I checked the fuses and they are all fine. I believe.... Would getting the codes read indicate that the fuses were blown.

No I wasn't tuned... Where do I do that? Also would that stop my car from starting?
