Low coolant message & black soot

car- 06 black ss/sc with 21k

problem 1-ok so yesterday im next to some 04 or so mustang v6 and decide to blow it off the road and i get on my car pretty good and it flashes low coolant. i checked the coolant when i got home and its not low at all, thoughts?

problem 2- idk if this is normal or not but when getting on it hard right when going to second i know the tires squeal or whatever because of torque but it always sounds like someone slammed there head on my dash, like it sounds like **** lol. normal?

problem 3- i warm up the car everyday in the garage and i know theirs like black residue in the exhaust pipe but whenever i warm it up it like shoots out black/water mix all over my concrete floor for about first 1.5 of warm up. im assuming its just water mixing with that black **** but im tired of scrubbing it clean and was just wondering if it was normal or if anyone elses ss/sc does this also

Sounds like you have worn rings or messed up valves. Thats what the soot might be from. As for the hard knock sound, might be your mounts. How often do you change your oil? How do you drive your car, like do you drive it hard all the time and before it warms up?

I have an 06 S/C and I have all 3 issues.

1 - My Coolant Light comes on once in a while. I don't know. I never smell coolant like when you have a leak. I have yet to figure it out.

2 - This only happens when I'm at the track. I shift into 2nd and it SLAMS into gear. This might be normal. I think I've seen a video on youtube and you can hear it, so it might be normal.

3 - Our cars run really rich to protect the engine, so the black "soot" you see is just unburned fuel. It's normal.
