Problems/Service/Maintenance Do you have problems with your new 2.0, 2.2, or 2.4L? What kind of service did you have done?

m6 no boost help please

m6 no boost help please

need help asap my lsj is making 5 psi I've changed the bypass solenoid the vacuum lines the boost actuator new belt and still nothing I've had the sc off and checked it the rotors are clean and the butterfly valve moves easily so what else is left I'm at a lost

I doubt it.. i had a k&n drop in filter that was absolutley cover in dirt, bugs, and leaves and was causing my car to misfire like crazy but still hit about 10lbs of boost.. you said you recently changed your filter right Justin?

checked the filter its good so this is what I've done puled the sc off rechecked the butterfly valve the rotors and sc gasket all are good has new belt all new vacuum lines bypass solenoid and tried a boost actuator from dev and stilll would only get 5 psi its all stock pulley wise and the tension seems good I'm gunna zip tie the butter fly valve shut and see if it build boost

what kind of vac lines did you use ? if they are just regular hose they are not strong enough to handle the vacuum that could be the problem. you need oem or a thick wall hose.
