MAF DTC Codes
MAF DTC Codes
Hello,
I started to get some codes going into the winter last year. The codes are P0100, P0102, and P0103. They went away over the winter and have come back with the warmer weather. I've cleaned and replaced the MAF and I see no obvious damage to wires around the MAF. It has thrown P0108 and P2261 once.
The car will boost occasionally but usually sits at 2-4psi. On the way into work this morning, it didn't boost for the first 7 miles, parked it, turned it off, turned it back on, codes came up and started boosting again. I don't hear any obvious boost leaks. Any suggestions would appreciated. Thanks.

It's a 2008 SS/TC with the Stage 1 Kit and a catback Hahn exhaust. I also changed the air filter to rule out the air filter.
I did not notice any damage to the intercooler. I checked all the couplings and none seem loose. My next step was to take it in for boost testing at a local shop or to the dealer, but wanted to see if there's any more suggestions.

OK, small update. I've noticed this only happens when I'm in vacuum. If I sit around -8 psi, the engine sputters and drops to about -12 psi. If I floor it at this point, I'll get up to about 2psi of boost and no more. If I let off the gas for a couple seconds and floor it straight out, I boost just fine. In my limited (none) knowledge of engines, I'd say either a boost or vacuum leak.
