I have a 3month old 08 black tc with only 600 miles on it and I just noticed small chip out of one of the back wheels and I id not hit anything must have been on the car when delivered.The dealer where I bought the car is pretty far away and service is only open Monday through Friday and I dont want to miss day of work for this.Question is should I wait until first oil change and bring this up to the service manager? What are the odds that they will replace the wheel free of charge? Its just an appearance thing but I dont want the chip to get larger and cause the finish on the wheel to start peeling.Do you think they will try to get me to pay for it?

 

no way it would be free. well. maby idk just go check or call yea call that sounds good then you dont have to go all the way up there

 

Better jump on it right away. Call them and let them know you seen it right when you got home or something. At least call on a lunch break or something.
