new header, now coolant leaks

This is an older thread and don't know if any of the participants are still on here to respond. But are you having the same issue with your header hitting the crossover pipe or is your crossover pipe just leaking? Iirc the crossover pipe just uses standard O-rings so it's possible the o-ring(s) are flattened or torn.
