Serious Electrical problem--help please!

Hey guys,
So i was installing dynomat in my trunk today and didnt disconnect the negative to the battery, the wiring kit for my system ended up touching the metal part of the dynomat (both the ground and the power cable) and they sparked a bit. After I finished and turned my car on, the power steering, windshield wipers, air bag, and the lights in between the speedometer and tachometer are not lighting up now (e-brake light for example). Also the buttons on the steering wheel do not work. All the other lights work and everything else seems ok as far as I know. The car drives, but no power steering or wipers.

I tried checking the fuses and they are all still ok. Also tried to disconnect the negative, wait a little while, and reconnect it to try and reset and that didn't work either. No wires came disconnected to anything that I am aware of.

So does anyone know what might have happened? Or what I need to do to fix this? Is it a simple fix, or do I need to have the dealership fix it? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance. I really need help on this one guys.

The only thing that happened was the ground and power cable for the amp touching the metal dynomat and sparking.

Really sounds like it probably blew a fuse somewhere. As tedious as it sounds I'd check every fuse in the box and the huge one in the trunk as well to make sure they are all ok

Sounds like you may have messed up your BCM, Hopefully not though.

Did you check the Fuses under the hood AND the fuses inside?

Just incase you haven't figured out yet.
The IP IGN fuse in the fuse box under the hood is most likely blown.
It's a 20amp fuse.
If not pm me and we can dig farther into it.
