When the car is idling this strange clicking sound starts it almost can sound like tdi jetta. Someone said it come be from the supercharger and I should change the oil in it, but as far as i know that oil should be good up to 100k. Also with the hood popped the sound appears to be coming from the the back of the engine say around the header but it is hard to tell as I have worked around jets all my life and I think i am going def

Could be an exhaust leak if its coming from the back, are you sure its not just the injectors? These cars have very loud engines to begin with, and the injector tick is usually pretty clearly audible anyway. Just a thought.
