Torque Dampner Install

Do we really need a jack and jackstands like it says in the required tools? if so what for? thanks

figures, would of been nice if they included something in the part about the metal washer....

HUGE difference without the metal washers... thanks man!!! no more loud sound from the engine bay, this better not of messed up my shock...
