it's not really to laugh at you about it. it's just kinda funny. I cannot believe a shop manager would tell you that. If anyone was laughing, it was the shop manager. ID-10T has been used to make fun of people since I can remember. So... don't take it the wrong way. Since when I asked "r u kidding?" I was talking about the service guy, not u.
