Yeah, I have the same deal on the Corsa Sport and get compliments all the time now. I dont know what it is with the Corsa, and I know, and respect the fact there are critics, but theres something about this system that makes the car sound so sweet.
You should get a fly by on film, that system sounds awesome and it makes that pain in the **** install worth while.
Good work!

Do you have plans to run the car on the dyno after the header swap? How much of a horsepower-gain do you expect to get by swapping out the stock exhaust manifold?
By the way, the Corsa exhaust with the header sounds great! How much did it cost for the complete exhust system (from the motor back)?
I know which exhaust system I am going to buy now! Thanks
Eric

Man this has to be the most exciting exhaust install thread ever, it's like reading an adventure book, full of twists and doublecross! (Or crossthreading, who knows)

sounds nice man
i love mine with the magnaflow
but i had a problem last night...that very top right bolt on the header (if you would look at it from the back). was a bitch to get in..like the head of the bolt rubs on the primary and i cant get it tightened all the way down.
the back of the bolt is about 1mm from the flange of the header but it wont go anymore....i think my friend cross threaded the whole stud (whole thing came out.)
could i have fucked up my stud or the block?
i cant get it in or out any further..will it leak?
thanks guys, im really worried
