You shouldn;'t need an extension for the front, only for the rear O2 sensor.

ok im using it for the rear now. you have to crush the heat shield in for it fit in cause it sticks out so far. but the threads are stripped or something cause it wont screw in the dp. i have tried for the last 15 minutes just to screw that damn thing in

i used it for the front first cause the the sensor cord sits on a bracket which i took off. but if you hook it up to the zzp header you cant use the bracket anymore cause you have to stretch if further, thats why i used the extention.

are you sure you're spinning it the right way sorry, had to ask. look at the threads and see if they're stripped or not.

WOW , this is kinda like EXHAUST QUEST , I would get a new 02 rather than taking the chance of screwing up the threads in the bung but thats just me .

if you think you have a bad part, why are you calling the dealer instead of the company that you bought it from? the one you get from the dealer won't be long enough, it will be just like the stock one.

what are you talking about? my rear 02 is stripped, i took it off the stock dp. how is it zzp's problem that i have a stripped 02 sensor? they just give an extention not a sensor
