WHat the hell!!!

Get a 2" gasket?

That would be pissing me off... after all that work..

Is there anyway to move the Corsa towards the DB a bit? SLide the engine back? (j/k)

BTW - Lose the heatshield

Pull on it.....the flex pipe will pull a bit......that is what it is for. Or pull on the exhaust a bit.

Just make sure to tighten up on one side a bit, then on the other side and keep rotating so as to evenly pull them together.

indeed. Modding always sounds fun in the forums, then when your lying on your back under a car with knuckles bleeding, hidden bolts, and parts that dont fit, you start understanding why some people bring their parts and car to a shop, go for lunch, come back and drive it home. I know how to do **** loads to my car, but sometimes I couldnt be bothered.

Dont worry about this, it will fit.

i thought the flex pipe was there to take vibrations and move a lil with the car so it doesnt put to much stress on the headers... i didnt think it "stretched"

bro, STOP FREAKING OUT. THIS IS NORMAL!!!!!!!

it will fit. you may have to pull a little bit. pipes are cold, flex sections are cold. i have put on several exhausts, and that always happens. it's not a big deal. stop freakin out so much! and get it done and put sounds clips!

when it's cold it will contract. like things do when they're cold.
