My Modicifations
Injen Cold Air Intake
INTENSE modular supercharger hub with 2.80” pulley
Lucas 42.5 pound/hour fuel injectors
Casper’s fuel injector connectors
MAF Translator
Autolite 3922 spark plugs

I am also running rich till I get to the dyno this week.

I also was playing with a c5 corvette but a cop intervened in that one before we could determine a winner.

With all the mods that "bdwarr6" has from Intense for $507 shipped, why would you just sale two tuned pullies for $500? Is there anything else available...maybe injectors? I was just wondering?

I have the very first Psi-Fi kit installed on an SS. This was before Psi-Fi released it to the public, so I have there old wiring method and tune.

I remember hearing when you got ahold of the powerpack, you showed them how to rewire/retune, so they wouldn't get air intake codes anymore. You also got some more timing out of it.

My question is, can I come to your shop and have you check my wiring, and flash me with your latest CEL free tune? If so how much?

Thanks a lot!!!

RAY-----will this kit work with a smaller pully?? or is it just for the 2.8....also does the car run lean with the smaller pully and the stock injecters?

just wondering but why would you want smaller than 2.8? smaller is just gonna make you loose power........

ok 1st of all i hate the whole vendor fights that go on on srtforums and i hope not to have any here. but here is why our kit is more.

there kit comes with a maf translator a maf translator retails for about 179.99 and here is what it does. it scales the Mass Air Flow frequency reading to the PCM allowing you to control fuel up or down. This is necessary when using injectors that are larger or smaller than stock or when trying to change air/fuel ratios without PCM access.

our kit comes with a complete piggyback system which via a laptop you can control afr's by also scaling fuel up or down. you can also monitor where you have to make corrections on a realtime screen. plus if you decide to go with a larger injector it will also allow you to do so. our piggyback controller alone retails for 389.00

The piggyback we provide also gives the owner the option of running secondary injectors.

Feature Benefit
Throttle Sensor learning feature - already calibrated for the lsj ecotec
RPM Calibration - already pre calibrated for the lsj ecotec

Fuel map with 128 sites - allows full control of the afr's

Ignition Map with 128 sites - allows ignition timing to be retarded under high boost

Injection Map with 128 sites- For extra (boost!) injection. fully mappable control of nitrous, water injection kits

0 - 10 volt analogue range Allows tuning of all models- sell the lsj ecotec, install it in your new car.

6 Amp injector drive- Handles 6 x 16 ohm injectors

Ignition output limit- Limits max. advance and retard

Fuel High low limit -Prevents overdriving the ECU

Small Size Fits -Anywhere

Map Switchable While you drive switc from a race tune on race fuel to a street tune.

All Inputs Protected- No mishaps!

Crystal Controlled- For Stability

Encapsulated For Moisture and Dust

Easy Tuning Software DOS or WINDOWS

10 MIPS computing -To facilitate quick engine response

Signal Conditioning- To prevent miss trigger

Engine profiles (library) -Easy set up

Lambda Signal -Tuning Modification of Lambda Senor Readings

Proportional Nitrous Control Less waste of power in nitrous injection

and more

our system basically has more expandability. from what i have seen there stuff works great and we have installed some of their systems for other gm vehicles. if someone buys there system and which to have us install it we will be glad to do so aswell.

A few questions Ray. Without using new injectors how maxxed out are the stock ones? Also where does the power difference come from then if you are both running a 2.8 pulley, I have seen several intense kits dynoing at around 270whp on the redline forums, what accounts for the apx. 25 whp difference. Also the kit with the software is only 525 shipped then? And last is it possibly to run larger injectors by using the piggyback.

Thanks a lot Ray

Hello. How are you getting the fueling right without adding injectors with your kit? I've seen dyno sheets with 3.0" pullies where they're totaly lean. I know fast06SS, he said his injectors were well over 100% duty cycle with a 3.0" pulley. In fact it's funny, with the GM stage kits-they give you injectors before they even give you a smaller pulley. Not trying to vendor bash in any way, but the kit doesn't seem to fix all the problems at hand when dropping pullies. I'm afraid of chipping pistons.
Thanks for any insight.

we are adding fuel via the ecu. injector duty cycles are in the 89% range at redline. we have enough injector and tune for for a 2.8 pulley. if you deide to do a smaller pulley than a 2.8 then all that you would have to do is buy injectors and retune the map. i would also like to see a baseline dyno of the cars that dynoed 275. my wifes car made 196 whp stock and 242 whp with our kit.

you can run larger injectors but you dont need them with a 2.8 pulley. if you go to a smaller pulley then its a different story. then you will deffinatley need injectors.

I'm in the same boat as Turboeco. Is recalibrating our units a possibility.

Once you get the blower out of its effeciency range all spinning it faster is going to do is make extra heat. I'm not sure that point is 2.8 but it probably is pretty close.

from what i info i've got from my GM and eaton buddys you can run as small as a 2.6 or maybe even a lil smaller on the m62 with the lsj moter...so i think i'm in the clear.

ok so i'm not as smart as i thought after reading that!

is the redline adjustable at all? and is the tuneing something we can do or learn to do...or is it something i'm going to have to have a shop do???

great work ray this sounds awesome! i think by the sounds of this your kit and the intence kit schould put down the same numbers....am i rite?

Thumbs up

I just want to know what they have such different numbers? there is a little difference between the kits but that is all. I would buy the Rev it Up kit if it mad 260 whp like the intense! Rey do you have and intake, or exhaust on the SS if so what were the numbers after words!

I think you've got to look at more than just the whp number. Hell your brother's car dynoed 250whp and do you think it is faster than a car with Ray's kit, I doubt it.

Revitup dynoed 196 whp stock and 242 with the kit. A peak gain of 46 hp. The car with the Intense kit dynoed 230 whp stock and 270 with the kit. A peak gain of 40 hp. I'd say that the two kits are pretty much equal in how much power they add.
