Accel DFI makes 40, 44 and 48 lb/hr injectors that would surely fit too.

DSM injectors might work too. Stockers are right around 42lb/hr too. Cheap to buy too.

When I am ready to purchase the kit, I may want to install it myself...Can I come to your shop and pick the kit up since I live in northern Delaware or do you have to ship it out?

Just out of curiosity... how does INTENSE dyno their stock Cobalt SS/SC at 230whp and Ray's wife's car dyno's at 196whp. The 196whp rating seems a little more realistic to me and with Ray's setup seems it's making as much power that was stated with the Stage 2 kit GM is supposedly coming out with.

So I have a question and it may have been asked already... Your kit is obviously re-tunable from what I have read.. How is it tuned coming from you guys.. Just with the 2.8" pulley or with an intake too? Obviously most of us who get this kit will most definately get an intake? And i've read about the CEL with your kit a couple weeks ago in another thread, is this fixed and updated with the one's you are shipping. And what caused the CEL?

the cell was caused by maf sensor voltage changes. we have fixed it and will ship with all of our new units

That's pretty damn good in my book as well. Never said it wasn't. Just weird with the difference of 2 dynos. 196 vs 230.. that's a 24hp difference stock!

ok guys thanks for the piggyback unit but know instuctions. WTF. I waited over a week to get it and now I still can't install it. I thought I was dealing with one of the best companies. So far the only time I was called back was to place my order not when I had questions. I would really like someone to email me the instructions so I could put the in tomorrow. jnjta@msn.com. If I don't here from someone tomorrow I will be sending it back. I was hoping to deal with u guys for all my mods for this car because of your location and reputation but I'm not sure now. I mean how could I install something without any instructions. It's a little box with a bunch of wires hanging off it. I need to know were to attach the wires.
