2.2 to 2.4 engine swap

2.2 to 2.4 engine swap

I found a 2008 Cobalt with a man trans the car was rolled If I buy this car will the 2.4 bolt up to my 06 2.2 Auto trans or should I change the trans also my plan is to put a stage 2 turbo on the 2.4

Yes it bolts in place. No it wont work.

You'd probably want to swap everything. Computer, engine, harness. And probably some other things. Probably more work then it's worth.

cant do it with out a stand alone ecu because the crank triggers are different
