We are gonna have this meet at Landa park, I think we should bump the meet to 11am so we can possibly get more parking. Also what about the weather last time I looked at the forecast they said it might rain. So what do yall think about that? rain or shine it doesn't matter? Here are directions to get there from Austin and San Antonio sorry houston, and everywhere else guys they don't have any directions for yall.

I can't go and I'm not happy about that. One of my "shipmates" decided to leave early without telling anyone. Me being the supervisor of said jackass, I have to cover a watch tomorrow that I originally had off for. I apologize for any inconvenience or copping-out. That's the suck ass thing about the military. Sometimes you have to jump through flaming hoops of **** to get a day off and still get screwed in the end. I'm so glad I'm getting a medical discharge sometimes.

 

theres a 60% chance of rain and thunderstorms for tomorrow in New Braunfels. So I don't think we should have the meet. Maybe we should postpone and pick another day. Depending on the weather in the morning I'm not sure if I'm gonna go. Sorry guys.

Here are directions for San Antonio, and Austin. Sorry Houston guys or guys and girls from anywhere else there are no directions for yall sorry.
From the San Antonio area:

Take IH 35 North, towards Austin.

Exit at Exit #187 and turn left at the light. You will be on Seguin Avenue.

Follow Seguin Avenue to Main Plaza (traffic circle) in downtown New Braunfels.

Go half-way around the traffic circle and exit (right) back onto Seguin Avenue by the Courthouse.

Immediately get into the left lane.

At the second traffic light, turn right on Landa Park Drive at the entrance to Landa Park.

From the Austin area:

Take IH 35 South, towards San Antonio.

Exit at Exit #189 and turn right on HWY 46/Loop 337.

Follow Loop 337 to California Street (several miles).

Turn left onto California Street (a residential area).

California Street becomes Landa Park Drive and brings you into the middle of the park.

I swear Self, I love white cars. I'm half tempted to paint my black Red Line white, that would look kick ass. Too bad the cost doesn't meet the means. My last three cars were white.

Showers ending in the morning with some clearing in the afternoon. High 72F. Winds NNE at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 40%.

Rain or shine....I'm taking a drive to Landa Park Sat. morning. Looks to me like the main energy for the rain is to the north. If anybody else shows in a Cavi, Cobalt or SRT; I'll be there to admire your ride!

and I'm gonna go ahead and put another meet up in the works for sometime in June. Gives me and whoever wants to HELP sometime to organize it.

well unfortunately I wasn't able to go My moms car took a crap and she had to use my car for the day.

Maybe a couple of us from San Antonio, and Austin can get together one of these weekends to plan a big meet for cobalts and, neon/SRT-4's. Anyone interested in helping me out I'd apreciate it. I started a group in myspace if anyone has it so get on there and we can talk about the meet on there also.

Damnit Dragonsfire12345!!! I was there around 1130 and stayed til 1220 and didn't see anyone!!!!! I hope there's a meeting next week. I really don't care how many people show up, I just want to have a meet before I go to England ( ). Dragonsfire12345-let's have a meet next weekend since today was nasty??? What do you think??

I musta missed you, man! I got there around 11:30 and the bridge was closed at the main entrance. Detoured to the side entrance and drove around for a bit and parked for about 10 minutes. Didn't see anyone either! I figured I was the only "fool" to show cause of the weather so I drove up River Road to Canyon Lake. It was a nice drive! Came home, washed car and took some pics of my ss/sc and just uploaded. Sorry you made the drive for nada. Dang.

Well, I ended up going down the later on during the day 1pm, I had a few things to do earlier in the day, drove around, didn't see anyone around.
Figure the weather had to scared everyone off. Hope to make March 4th.

I started driving out there but the rain was heavy leaving Houston. I turned around. The 4th is a no for me, i have things already planned, sorry.
