there was plenty of fuel. One thing I see is that with his setup and those pulls he was doing he could have lowered fuel pressure a bit. Can't say for sure though.

truth! Far less time to hear soak on 1/4 mile than the street. 14 seconds vs what 35. IDK, but heat builds fast.

One of my sleeves has major damage. Tried to repair at two different shops. I'm replacing the block atm.

Instead of replacing the block, why not get the upgraded sleeves?

It won't really save you money but your engine will be much stronger in the end.
