So guys I need to get the car emissioned this month. Many people say they just run an obd2 scan to see if there are any issues. But I deleted the no cat code thanks to vince with the tune. Would they check for the cat or test the exhaust? I'm worried since its straight 2.5" pipe

Oh well as long as you have no CEL and vince deleted P0420 off the ECU when you got tuned. Those steps and you will be golden.

Raped a Dodge Neon today. Not a SRT 4, but a turbo'd neon. It was blue had a body kit and ugly exhaust and some decals on it. Didn't look like it was taken very good care of. It was a lot quicker than I thought it was gonna be though. Didn't realize he was turbo till he stepped on it and I stopped ******* with him and just blew by him lol. He was a good sport about it and gave me a thumbs up tho.
